Happy Birthday Jesus

When we were getting ready to go to the Nativity, I was scurrying about and got frustrated at Katherine because she was getting the wrapping paper out of my closet. Then she said she wanted it to wrap a present for baby Jesus since we were going to his party. So cute!

So, we decided that we would have a birthday party for Jesus. Katherine loves birthday parties and that is what we are celebrating this week!

We invited our playgroup and a few other friends over and had a pretty large group. The kids had fun playing, we did a craft, ate lunch, decorated cookies, read the Christmas story, sang "Happy Birthday" and ate cupcakes.
