A friend I knew since childhood, Hope, recently moved back to town after living out of state for a long time. Our kids are close to the same age so we met up for a morning at the Arboretum.
It was a hot day and so the kids were excited to go in the fountains. Another family had their kids in swimsuits. Not me, my girls were wearing smocked Laura Ashley and Strasbourg dresses. Not the usual fountain attire but you have to let your kids have fun.
Bo decided that he did not want any clothes. This is one of the "tame" pictures.
Then we had lunch. They kids enjoyed the day and I enjoyed catching up with a life long friend.
